I dont understand why a company that needs so many people to run it would be so quick to let people go but then again they have maintain a proffesional business. The point system for missing a day or getting in trouble was kinda confusing, you can only get 3 points before youre fired. Break/lunch were 30 mins but by the time youd walk in from a greenhouse youd lose 5 minutes then be expected to be walking back 5 minutes before bell rings. Some supervisors were good people and some not so much, some would give you an attitude when youd ask for PPE. Work was easy thou gh just not enough hours in the greenhouses at least. The hours in the greenhouses were alright if you want to work average hours, but many of us coming from far away we were expecting minimum 11 hours+ a day if not we wouldve stayed at our home states and worked regular hours there.
